PARIS (Reuters) – French carmaker Renault (EPA:) is teaming up with software program firm Atos, the businesses stated on Tuesday, to gather and analyse knowledge in a “strategic collaboration” to assist sector gamers scale back prices.
Renault and Atos stated their knowledge partnership would permit producers to gather and construction knowledge from industrial gear at scale to enhance operational excellence and product high quality.
“By means of our collaboration with Atos, we are going to go one step additional in commercializing our experience as we assist manufacturing sector organizations within the scale-up of their digital transformation. This marks a brand new step in Renault Group’s digital transformation and innovation capability,” stated Jose-Vicente de los Mozos, EVP Group Business, Renault Group.
